Bakersfield Officer Richard S. Davis
attempst to murder - Joseph William Baker for resisting FALSE arrest. Here's basically what happened to Joe. Joe was traveling in a car to his new lady friend's apartment at 3am on Monday morning September 28th, 2009.
Details of the location and estimated time of arrival had just been
discussed via her cell phone. Suspiciously a police squad car was
parked in the alleyway with it's headlights off where vehicles park at
that address. The police pulled over Joe. In response to
Joe's question as to why the overhead emergency lights were on
the police said "You were going too slow". When they asked Joe
"What's your name?" Joe replied "Have you made a determination
that I am obliged to have a name?" the police ansered
"Yes". Joe said "I am appealing your determination, you need to
get your superior officer down here right away". Joe told the
police "Do you know that I have been advised by legal council to not
talk to the police". The police asked me to get out of the car
and he did. The officer saw a long metal pipe that Joseph uses
for
holding car's hood opened durring maintenance and suspected it to be a
weapon. The
officer asked me to go sit in the back seat of his squad car. Joe
asked "Am I under Arrest" - the officer answered "yes" .... I sat
in the back seat of the squad car - knowing at this point I was under
false arrest - I kept my feet on the ground outside the squad car.
The
police
insisted that I put my feet inside the car but I refused
saying "I don't wish to be locked in." The police told me to get
out and lean over the back of the squad car. I did as they
asked. They checked my pockets. When they started hitting
me with a baton I sprinted about 70 feet to save myself. I was
exhausted and slowed down and I heard an officer say "Tackle
Him". I was tackled and an officer slung at me with a baton at
least 10 more times. Three times I deflected the baton with my
foot. As I was continuing to be beaten and falsely arrested, and
the baton crazy officer was getting near to me, I grabbed his ankles
and pushed him down with my shoulders. The baton weilding ceased
and I was told by the other officer to lay on my stomach, which I
did. within less than a minute I heard "I think he shot himself"
and then felt three stomps of a foot on my neck and head.Because of my work to expose the fraud of fractional reserve banking I have the help of some of the most brilliant legal minds on the planet. We continue to devise brilliant strategies to keep people in their homes and return homes to people who have been foreclosed on. Please support our work and help us during this time with whatever support you can. $1,500 bail money was borrowed to get me out of custody because it was visible that even in custody I was being physically abused. The US Supreme Court in Bad Elk vs US (1900) ruled that a person has the right to resist false arrest with force up to and including lethal force. I want this to be known. It will change the way policemen act - it will save lives - it will make the world more free. Joseph-William:Baker
Apparently the Kern County Sheriff's department and the "Bail Enforcement Officers" didn't like Joe. They broke all kinds of laws trying to get Joe - even using language that they get to kill him because he has "special skills". Hear Joe's story on these podcasts:
